Balance with Positive Points

Balance with simultaneous Hook-ups and Positive Points

Group balance

WOW! What a day! Twelve intelligent like-minded individuals gathered to share how they use Brain Gym and other holistic modalities. We played with tuning forks, red lasers, and sticks. A number of great books were shared. How to follow-up with students and clients was discussed. The day ended with a group balance that had many synergistic aspects of abundance, integrated processing, real authenticity, and so much more! First, we set a goal identifying what we wanted to achieve and then noticed how we felt about it. We each chose a number to identify the level of stress or emotion surrounding the goal at the outset and revisited the number at the end to see how much it may have decreased.

Personal favorites

As I went through the week with every one of my jobs having “fires” to tackle, I noticed how the “number” can change from minute to minute. The key is to be gentle with oneself, acknowledge where one is in the moment, and when appropriate utilize some stress-reducing techniques. My personal favorites are Sipping Water, Hook-ups and Positive Points!
