Brain Gym® Movements

Experience 26 Brain Gym® activities, learning how to do them and why they support development of the whole child. At the end of this training, participants will be able to:

Explore

Different physical movements and interpret their effects on the brain.

 

Experience

A four step warm-up process called PACE to activate the whole brain and body for optimal learning.

 

Identify

How the brain and body cooperate together in an integration loop and what can happen to the cooperative process in stress.
 

State

A brief overview of Brain Gym including theory and practical application.
